Jesse Caulfield, Owner, President

An accomplished telecommunications entrepreneur with more than 15 years experience working in information technology and telecommunications communities.

Before Key Bridge Mr. Caulfield led network research and development at Comcast Cable where he was responsible for the development of a Cisco-powered converged network architecture for voice, video and high speed data. Mr. Caulfield oversaw deployment and commissioning of Comcast's East-coast fiber network and successful field testing of the converged services platform in the Philadelphia area. The architecture has since been deployed nationwide.

Prior to Comcast, Mr. Caulfield founded the engineering and operations department at ATC Teleports (later Verestar), where he helped the company expand service across 70 geosynchronous satellites serving over 50 countries. Mr. Caulfield oversaw operations and network service delivery for 13 teleport facilities across the US and Switzerland. When he left, Verestar was the nation's largest satellite service provider and 7th largest US international carrier by traffic volume.

Mr. Caulfield has studied Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles and worked under Drs. Claudio Pelegrini, Jamie Rosenzweig and Gil Travish in the Particle Beam Physics Laboratory. The 2007 photo to the right is his undergraduate research project: a computer operated electromagnet control system. (Still in service.)
